Platform FeaturesTaallam may include:free and paid courses;community groups and forums;public and semi-public user profiles;private messaging;comments and activity feeds;assignments, quizzes, certificates, badges, and progress tracking;file, image, video, and content uploads;mobile app features and push notifications.We may update, modify, limit, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time.6. Paid Courses and PricingTaallam offers both free and paid content. Paid courses are currently sold on a one-time payment basis.Prices may change at any time for future purchases. Price changes do not affect a course already purchased unless clearly stated otherwise.We may offer discounts, promotional offers, or free trials from time to time. These may be subject to separate conditions.7. PaymentsPayments may be processed through third-party providers, including:Stripe;PayPal;local transfer methods in Lebanon.By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the payment processor to process it.We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment providers.8. Refund PolicyRefunds may be granted only if:The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, andthe course has been completed by less than 10%.Refund requests should be sent to refund@taallam.com.We may refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions or where abuse, fraud, or misuse is suspected.9. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise stated, the Taallam name, logo, platform content, website content, mobile app content, design, branding, and course materials are owned by ToRead Global LLC and ToRead SARL or licensed to them.All course content, including content delivered by instructors through Taallam, is owned by or assigned to ToRead as applicable.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, republish, scrape, record, or exploit any part of the Platform or course content without prior written permission.Course content is provided for your personal learning use only.10. User ContentYou may be able to upload, post, submit, send, or share content on Taallam, including:profile information;comments and posts;messages;files, assignments, videos, and images;group or forum content.You remain responsible for the content you submit.By posting or uploading content to Taallam, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Platform.You confirm that:you own the content you submit or have the right to share it;your content does not infringe the rights of others;your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.11. Prohibited ConductYou may not use Taallam to:harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;post hate speech, discriminatory content, or unlawful material;create fake accounts or impersonate others;spam, scam, or mislead users;upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files;cheat in quizzes, assignments, or certifications;violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;scrape, copy, extract, or mine platform data;share paid content outside the Platform;interfere with security, operations, or access controls;use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.12. Community ModerationWe may review, remove, restrict, or delete content or accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety of the Platform.We are not required to monitor all user activity, but we may take action whenever needed.13. Instructors and PartnersSome courses or programs may be delivered with instructors or partner organizations. Where a course is clearly presented as being in partnership with another organization, relevant participant information may be shared as needed to operate that course or program.Instructors may access learner information necessary to manage teaching, participation, and completion.14. Mobile App TermsIf you use the Taallam mobile app:these Terms also apply to your use of the app;app store providers may have their own terms that also apply;you are responsible for device, network, and data charges;push notifications may be used for learning, community, and service updates.Your use of app permissions such as camera, microphone, photo library, or storage is subject to your device settings and the app features you choose to use.15. Termination or SuspensionWe may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time if:you violate these Terms;you misuse the Platform;your conduct creates legal, security, or community risk;we are required to do so by law.You may stop using Taallam at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.16. Service AvailabilityWe work to keep Taallam available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.Features, content, instructors, courses, and community functions may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time.17. DisclaimerTaallam and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of:merchantability;fitness for a particular purpose;non-infringement;uninterrupted availability.We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, business results, or employment outcomes.18. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, ToRead Global LLC, ToRead SARL, their affiliates, officers, employees, instructors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Taallam.Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant course or service giving rise to the claim.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.19. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToRead Global LLC, ToRead SARL, their affiliates, team members, instructors, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:your use of the Platform;your violation of these Terms;your content;your violation of any rights of another person or entity.20. PrivacyYour use of Taallam is also governed by our Privacy Policy.21. PaymentsTaallam offers both free and paid content. Paid courses may be purchased through one-time payments using third-party payment providers, including:Stripe;PayPal;local transfer options in Lebanon.We do not store full payment card information on our own systems unless specifically stated at the point of payment.
